The videos range from  about seven to sixteen minutes each.  It is always worth learning new ideas everywhere you can find them.  Ten Teaching Strategies

Reviews of Online ESL/EFL Schools on YouTube. Please note that teaching is a highly personal experience and the school that is great for you might be horrible for me or vice versa. When viewing videos of reviews, be aware there is sometimes an unfortunate incident at work for some reviewers or, for others, a referral fee if they can sign you up.  That makes it really hard to truly evaluate a school, but after while, you'll get a sense of schools that have lots of problems and schools where things tend to run smoothly.
